This means that we are concerned for the whole person and their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We take care to respect everyone’s privacy and personal dignity, and to provide every possible opportunity for service users to make choices, to be independent and fulfilled. Our vision of a person centred plan places our service users at the centre of service delivery and ensures as far as possible that the service users are given control over their lives.
